Total Body Workout

Looking for targeted workouts for specific areas?  You've come to the right place.  You can either tackle a quick cardio, arm, abs, or glute workout in 3-10 minutes depending on how far you want to take it.  Or if you want a full body workout combine all of the workouts together.  The main challenge is to complete one round of the workout then repeat it 2 more times with a 30 sec break in between each set.  

These are great if you are looking to get in a quick workout or if you want to learn some new moves to add to your current regime.  

You will feel the burn but DON'T GIVE UP!!  Keep pushing harder.  You still have some juice left in you.
