Gluten Free Oatmeal Cookies for you and your dog

Lets say both Miles Davis and I wanted to enjoy some cookies so I made something that we can eat together.  After all he is a foodie dog.  I made oatmeal cookies for him and for myself since I'm such a chocolate fan, I added some chocolate to it.  After all it was national chocolate chip cookie day last week.  

Recipe for Gluten Free Oatmeal Cookies (chocolate and non-chocolate)  Ingredients:   1.25 C brown rice flour  Bobs Redmill  1/2 C gluten free oats  Bobs Redmill  1 egg white 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 C  Wholesome Sweet  coconut sugar or regular sugar 1/4 C tapioca starch 1 tsp cinnamon 1/4 C agave nectar 1 tbsp  Fourth and Heart  Ghee Butter (regular butter works just fine, put in a little bit extra and a dash of salt) 1/4 C Coconut oil. .   **To make them chocolate chip, add in 1/4 C to 1/2 C chocolate chip I used  Enjoy life foods  vegan chips and a little bit up chopped of  Eating Evolved  midnight (optional) **   Mix dry goods then wet.  Heat oven to 375 F. Spread parchment paper on your cookie sheet and dish out tbsp of cookie batter.  Cook for 10-11 min.  It is best to eat with in a few days.  Store it in an airtight container either the freezer for long time storage or after a day place it in the fridge.  Leaving them out for a day is ok.
